Natural pest control is much better than synthetic chemicals

Natural pest control is not the norm when it comes to fighting pests. Pests within the United States cause more than $ 1.4 trillion in crop damage each year by affecting up to 40% of crop yields. The common form of pest control is to use large amounts of man-made synthetic chemicals.

What is the harm of using these synthetic pesticides? If you control for errors, why do we care what is used? Surely, they can’t be dangerous because they wouldn’t be available, right? Well that’s EXACTLY what chemical companies want you to think. And that?

The answer is not only scary but also complex. But simply put, these synthetic chemicals are not safe. Not at all. And as time passes and they continue to be used, the greater the damage. However, natural pest control could work. So why is it not used?

A synthetic pesticide can be manufactured inexpensively, is easily distributed, and can be applied using existing equipment. Very little rejection of the use of these lab-made concoctions.

However, there are very serious problems here.
• These synthetic toxins are harming non-target creatures, as well as the Earth. (By the way, non-target creatures don’t refer to other insects, they refer to everything above insects in the food chain, including humans.)
• It is harmful to the Earth because repeated applications cause the soil to ‘die’ and cannot support agriculture.
• Waterways are riddled with pesticide runoff.

The worst part is that synthetic chemicals will always lose their effectiveness over time. FOREVER. There is a mad scientific phenomenon known as ‘Pesticide Resistance’ whereby any synthetic pesticide will lose effectiveness and pests will become immune. The only solution is the strongest and deadliest pesticides. That is exactly where we are today.

So why are synthetic pesticides used? And used in abundance! The answer is very simple: corporate money. Big chemical companies make obscene profits on these easily manufactured poisons. All the players in the pipeline – distributors, marketers, suppliers and end users are being fed the same nonsense – that these synthetic chemicals are harmless! Do not worry! Scientific evidence clearly shows that there is no problem. It doesn’t matter that the scientific research is provided by the very pockets that receive the greatest profits from the sale of these toxins … There is no conflict of interest at all, right?

There are many natural options for pest control between products, processes, crop rotations, intercropping, etc. that are effective, inexpensive, and work. This is one of the reasons the natural pest control market is expected to grow to $ 10 billion annually by 2025. Hopefully, as people learn the truth about synthetic pesticides, the demand for more insurance will continue to increase.

And we can walk away from toxic options.
