Follow the 10 Idiot-Proof Diet Rules and Lose Weight

The “Idiot Proof Diet Manual” is used by the popular Fat Loss 4 Idiots weight loss plan. This manual is based on ten rules on how to lose 9 pounds in 11 days. If you follow these rules, you can too. Below I have listed these ten rules:

Rule #1 – Use the concept of calorie shifting. The calorie shifting method is a key concept in the Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet plan and is the single most important factor that makes the Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet more effective than other traditional diets. Although, how to do it is explained in great detail in the Manual. You really don’t have to think about what to eat because the system will automatically generate an 11-day meal plan based on your favorite foods.

Rule #2 – Meal Rotation By this I mean you should rotate your protein meals one day to carbohydrate meals the next and so on.

Rule #3 – Limit your eating Limit what you eat to four meals a day with at least two and a half hours between each meal you eat.

Rule #4 – Prepare your own meals All of your meals must be prepared at home. Stay away from fast food and other restaurants. You need to be in full control of what you eat.

Rule #5 – Stay away from sweets Sweets, snacks and sweets from time to time, of course, you can eat, but do not make a habit of this. Limit it to, say, once a week, say, on Saturdays.

Rule #6 – No sugary or carbonated drinks.

Rule #7 – Avoid gravy and rich sauces. However, you can season your food however you like.

Rule #8 – You should drink water many times a day first of all because when you drink water you will fill your stomach and therefore you will automatically eat less. Also, it is healthy to flush your system regularly with water.

Rule #9: Allow plenty of time for your meals. Eating slowly will prevent you from becoming full and overeating.

Rule #10 – Walk at least 30 minutes every day. Walking is a great way to exercise when you want to lose weight.

If you follow the idiot-proof diet rules listed above, you’ll be on the right track to achieving your weight loss goal. Don’t expect miracles with these rules alone; To kick your metabolism into high gear and really accelerate your weight loss, you need to learn a few other tricks.
