FitTeam Fit Product Review

A FitTeam Fit Stick is a proprietary blend of organic ingredients that you can pour into water or mix into a beverage of your choice, making it really easy to use on the go.

The product is organic, non-GMO, gluten-free, lactose-free, soy-free, kosher, and suitable for vegans. Contains a blend of the following ingredients: green tea, l-theanine, garcinia cambogia, cayenne pepper, 5-htp, anhydrous caffeine, citrus aurantium, grapefruit seed extract, cranberry powder, b-12, and niacin.

Advertised benefits are that it can help provide increased energy, increased fat loss, increased mental focus, antioxidant benefits, improved mood, appetite control, blood glucose control, and improved fat metabolism.

If you read all of the above, you may find that very little of the product information really differs from all the other products out there – in fact, it all sounds more or less the same.

For this review, I want to examine four main factors of what really makes a difference in a health supplement: uniqueness, ease of use, effectiveness, and side effects.

Before I provide you with an analysis of each of those factors based on the research I did, both online and offline, I must point out that I am in no way in shape or form to provide any legally qualified medical advice and that this review is simply my opinion.

Uniqueness

We’ve all heard the “all natural” tone over and over again as it is quickly becoming an advertising fad. All natural words are undefined and could literally mean anything at this point.

Where this product is unique is that it is organic, kosher, and vegan. Having only one of these qualities makes the product unique enough, but having all three qualities in one product makes the product a rare commodity.

Being free of soy, lactose, GMO and gluten is a very common thing, so I don’t find those details quite impressive, as they are almost the default setting for any supplement.

Easy to use

I have used many other supplements. Some of them are in pill form, powder or even drink form. The Fit Stick ranks high on my list for ease of use.

The packaging itself is very small and since it is not pre-mixed into a drink, you can simply buy a bottle of water wherever you go and mix a drink at any time with relative ease.

There are no pills to take and it is not a complicated process. In terms of its ease of use, I find this product to outperform many other products that I have used.

Effectiveness

Let’s be honest here, the product comes with a recommended meal plan that focuses on lowering carbs and restricting calories. Although it contains known metabolism-boosting ingredients such as green tea and caffeine, these natural ingredients are minimal on their own.

This is not a miracle cure, even if you burn an additional 10% of the calories you eat, it will not save you from overeating as you will simply end up gaining weight more slowly or without losing weight.

However, almost all supplements recommend a calorie restricted diet, so I can’t cut too many points for efficacy. Some of the customer reviews indicate that they have lost up to 10 pounds in the first 5 days, some of which I have personally verified, but I believe that many other supplements can also achieve those results when combined with exercise. and calorie reduction.

Side effects

There are really no out-of-the-ordinary negative side effects unless you have a medical condition or adverse reaction while taking this product.

The amount of caffeine per serving is about half of what is in a can of soda and there is some niacin in the product that is known to make your face blush, but there is nothing really in it that has negative side effects. checked.
