Waist training: the art of body shaping

What is waist training?

Waist training is a process that involves wearing a tight-fitting waist training girdle, corset, or slimming garment to tighten the waist.

It has been used for centuries to give your figure a more exaggerated hourglass look by making your waist smaller. A smaller or slimmer waist accentuates your hips and bust giving you a more curvy appearance.

Why train the waist?

All the exercise in the world, if done incorrectly or not targeting your problem area, will NEVER give you the shape you want. You have to retrain your muscles in a certain way if you want them to be different shapes and sizes. Simply dieting doesn’t work either. If you’re pear-shaped and 150-pound, you can go on a diet, starve, and lose 30 pounds, but guess what … you’re a 120 pound pear. Your shape is still like a pear!

If you want to change your shape, you need to use a system that can really help you do it physically. This is why waist training is so popular and has grown by leaps and bounds all over the world.

It is safe?

If done correctly, yes. Waist training not only helps create a smaller waist, it also helps support the abdominal muscles of the lower back. We are not talking about the extreme corset training started by Louis VI of France who wanted to create an artificial female form. And with anything, there are people who misuse art. It is always wise to consult with your doctor and have regular check-ups to make sure things are progressing safely.

How long does it take?

Modeling the body takes time. Using your waist training system is a compromise. It takes time to see results. You won’t see permanent results in a couple of weeks.

You must be consistent with the use of your slippers, monitor your diet, drink water, at least 1-2 liters per day. My clients and I use a detox system to keep our digestion smooth, our colon clean, and our lower abdomen flat.

Each body is different and each body is unique. The way your body changes can be totally different from your girlfriend. The progress of reshaping the muscles, ligaments and tendons of the waist takes time. Waist training is highly dependent on the central density of the distance between the top of the pelvic bone and the rib cage, the flexibility of your cartilage, and the consistency of wearing your garments.

Typically, my clients will see a difference in four to eight weeks when they are following my diet plan, taking a good fat burner, and detoxing with my tea. Then it takes around six months for your shape to really start to become permanent.

If you don’t change your diet, don’t exercise, or follow my secret abdominal move to fatten up your abdominal wall, you don’t see such a good result. Be patient with yourself and keep in mind that non-surgical body modifications are a long-term commitment, but they are worth it and much cheaper!
